All prices include free UK delivery if your order is placed online(except London).
- The large majority of our trees arrive on the day you have selected; We reserve the right to deliver your tree within seven working days of your preferred delivery date.
- Your tree may be eligible for same day delivery. For this service please visit the farm or contact us on 01455 299911
- You do not have to be present when delivery takes place. It is entirely at your own risk if we leave the tree in your designated place. This place should be stated in delivery notes when ordering your tree. A re-delivery fee will apply if our couriers have to return to re deliver the tree. This is not us it’s our couriers.
Terms & Conditions
Every effort will be made to deliver on time All trees not delivered before the 22nd December will be refunded in full.
You must inspect all goods upon delivery. The size of your tree can be 5 inches/127mm either way. (bigger or smaller).of your chosen height. Once your tree has been accepted we are no longer responsible to replace or refund.
Due to the nature of our products we can not guarantee your tree will look exactly as the pictures on our site depicts. We try our best and all trees ordered will be as close as we can but being a natural product this is very hard to achieve. Unfortunately we can only guarantee the grade of your tree & no exact dimensions will be published which means no warranty can be given.
Tracking your order & taking delivery
You can track your order by contacting our third party couriers and quoting your unique reference code or by visiting their website. Unfortunately a definitive delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Late orders are classed as 1 day (24 hours) later than your original delivery date. Sometimes acts beyond our control change your delivery date, Weather, road closures, accidents or acts of God your delivery maybe delayed. This is unlikely but may happen. In such cases a full refund will be given.
Changes to Delivery details
Should you need to change these please notify us as soon as possible. Should we try to deliver and the details are wrong our third party courier will make a charge for the redelivery. This maybe as much as £40.00.
Should you need to change your details either delivery address, postcode, names etc please either call or email us on the email provided when you receive your email order confirmation. During busy periods emails will be the best form of contact. No charge will be made to alter details, provided it is before the cut off time for the couriers.
We do try to be very responsive with calls & emails. However during our extremely busy periods there may be a delay in responding. we can usually reply to emails within a few hours, sometimes less. Orders must be cancelled as soon as possible. If you have chosen your tree to be delivered the following day & your tree has been cut then no refund will be available. Your tree will have been cut to order & the courier arranged for collection. The couriers charge us for this service even if the tree isn’t collected. Order cancellations carry a standard charge of £25.00 this covers the admin work & the time preparing your order printing labels & arranging collections.
Real Fresh Christmas Trees reserves the right to cancel any order. Should your order be cancelled by us then a full refund will be issued.
Abusive emails, calls etc will not be tolerated by our team. This will result in your order being cancelled & a refund issued. Our team work very hard to make sure your order is completed, should you experience any issues then please email us on “firstname.lastname@example.org”.
Refunds will only be given based on a true understanding & genuine reason for the refusal. There will be a charge for returned or refused items that are not genuine. Please read our terms & conditions carefully before ordering.
Should you order a product which is either unavailable or not suitable we reserve the right to change this for you. It will be replaced with either an equal value product or in most cases a higher value product. This will do exactly the same job & serve the same purpose as your original ordered product.
All tree sizes stated are not guaranteed. We try our upmost to fulfil your desired order with what we believe are the best trees available on line. Our trees are grown in the UK with alternating weather conditions. This does have an effect on the size, shape, height & width of the tree. Please bear in mind your tree could be 5 inch (127mm) taller or shorter than ordered.
If your not happy with your goods
All products are packaged correctly before leaving our farm. Should you need to return a product to us it must be within 14 days of purchase. These products must be returned unopened inside its original packaging & not used.
However Real Christmas trees are perishable items & do not come under this guarantee
This amount excludes all delivery costs. We can only refund the cost for your tree & not the delivery as this has been paid to the courier. Real Christmas trees can only be refunded if they are damaged upon delivery.
Delivery costs will only be returned when we have sent the wrong product in error. If you accept the second delivery of the correct product this is a cost to Real Fresh Christmas Trees not yourselves.
What to do if you have received defective goods (excluding Real Christmas Trees)
If the goods are damaged upon delivery please call us on 01455 299911or email@example.com witin fourteen days of delivery. If your item is a damaged Christmas tree, you must contact us immediately upon receipt due to this being a perishable item. We will respond to you within 48 hours.
We will try to replace any defective items with replacements. If not possible we will issue a refund. Damaged or broken items will only be replaced once we have received the damaged items back at the farm.

Real Fresh Christmas Trees
When returning goods & products please include a letter explaining the reason for the return. Please also include proof of purchase, your name address & any correspondence you have from us. This can be sent electronically but must also be with the returned products to enable us to identify. Please use a sign for service as the goods you send back are your responsibility until we have them back in our possession.
Products for exchange will need to have the carriage paid for by yourselves before the new product is sent.
These Terms and Conditions and any agreement made are subject to the application of English Law.
